Sublimation thermal transfer finished product occurs secondary sublimation phenomenon, secondary sublimation phenomenon refers to image of the thermal transfer finished prodect migrated to other products, Semi-finished or finished products stacked too thick to take place exothermic oxidation reaction, the temperature rises, resulting in products appear secondary transfer.
Secondary sublimation phenomenon tends to occur in the final product stacking process, common in summer. Usually sublimation finished piling up too high to generate a greater heat during sublimation ink drying process, will appear contaminated upper finished, greatly affecting product quality.
Solve such problems should be prevention. First, dye-sublimation transfer products do not pile up too high. Second, it should take the air once in 2-4h, increase air between the sheets to help the diffusion of heat. Finally, make sure the storage temperature is not too high.
