1. From the nature of the ink, the magenta ink, black ink should be thicker tone, cyan ink, yellow ink, pink, light blue, etc. should be adjusted thinner.

2. Judging from the distribution of graphic layout when printing large field version, the ink to transfer thin, flat field version was printed as clothes, easy to nap; but when printed cable version, requires thicker ink to prevent deformation of the expansion of outlets , hair paste.

3. From the weather situation, the high temperature, the ink along with increased activity, therefore, in order to properly control the activity of the ink should be thicker tone; low temperature, the ink of activity and follow narrow, so should tone thinner; When the weather is dry, the ink should be adjusted appropriately thinner.

4. From the machine running speed, the machine speed, the ink roller in the fast-running, it will generate heat, the ink activity will increase, so the ink should be thicker tone; on the contrary, the machine is slow, the heat generated during the operation of the ink roller relatively low, so the ink is transferred to the appropriate thinner.

5. From the Smoothness of paper performance, the paper surface rough, texture soft, absorbent is large, the ink should be adjusted thinner; otherwise, the paper surface smooth and high, close texture, small absorbency, thicker ink should be adjusted.
