Sublimation offset printing color sequence
(1)According to the sublimation ink viscosity properly arrange color sequence is very important to ensure the superimposition effect, successively the printed ink viscosity has the greater difference, the better the superimposition effect. Less than 75% of the rate of superimposition on sheet-fed offset press is considered to be unacceptable. Conversely, if the last color of sublimation offset ink viscosity is stronger than the first color of ink viscosity, not only the last color of printing ink cannot be adhered to the first printing color film, it will strip away the first color of ink, called inverse the superimposition, so that printing can not continue.
(2)In addition to the sublimation ink viscosity, the thickness of it that the superimposition effect of the printing ink film has important influence, if the thickness of the printing ink film had a slight increase from one color group to another color group that the superimposition can be improved. The density of thermal transfer ink and the thickness of ink film have a certain relationship, usually with the increase of density, the thickness of the ink film is increase gradually.
