Use method of FLYING sublimation offset transfer printing inks:
In the application process of sublimation transfer printing , please prepare offset press, offset paper, polyester fabric, heat press & offset sublimation inks.
1. The first part is simple and resembles exactly to normal process of offset printing. Make color separation on computer, then offset print the artwork (as mirror image) on the offset paper using our sublimation offset printing inks. So we can get printed paper in the first part.
2. The second part, please put the printed paper and polyester fabric,(mean the material you need to print), with
printed surface of printed paper facing downwards on the surface of polyester fabric.
3. The third part, put both of printed paper and polyester fabric into a heat transfer press, with heat & time & pressure is offerred by the heat transfer press. In this process, sublimation offset ink sublimates i.e. converts to gaseous form and gets deposited "into" the surface of fabric.
4. Finally, take out printed paper and fabric from heat transfer press, the final produce will be born.
